Selecting an Occupation
When deciding on an employment direction a crucial first step is assessing personal traits. When a person has an understanding of their personal characteristics they are better equipped to make an informed decision about the type of job they want to pursue.Enjoying work and feeling successful benefits both the worker and the employer, and supports job tenure and satisfaction.
