Building on the foundations introduced in Part 1, this interactive webinar focuses on applying broaching skills to real-world career services practice. Participants will work through complex scenarios that illustrate the intersection of race, ethnicity, culture, and other aspects of identity. Through discussion, role-play, and reflective activities, participants will strengthen their ability to navigate difficult conversations, address cultural differences with humility, and integrate culturally responsive practices into person-centered service planning. Participants will leave with practical tools and an action plan for incorporating broaching into their daily work.
