Effective onsite job coaching balances providing support while promoting increasing independence. This training examines the role of the onsite job coach during job training, skill acquisition, and workplace integration. Participants will explore evidence-based coaching strategies that enhance learning, foster natural supports, and gradually reduce dependence on direct job coaching.
