DESCRIPTION:Training Description \nEffective onsite job coaching balances providing support while promoting increasing independence. This training examines the role of the onsite job coach during job training\, skill acquisition\, and workplace integration. Participants will explore evidence-based coaching strategies that enhance learning\, foster natural supports\, and gradually reduce dependence on direct job coaching. \nLearning Objectives \nBy the end of this training\, participants will be able to: \n\nDescribe the roles and responsibilities of onsite job coaches.\nApply instructional strategies that promote skill development and independence.\nIdentify methods for developing natural workplace supports.\nDevelop strategies for systematically fading onsite job coaching services.\n\nRegistration Link:  Register
