DESCRIPTION:Training Description \nEmployment and recovery are closely connected\, yet career and clinical services are often delivered separately. This interactive training explores strategies for integrating clinical and vocational perspectives to promote recovery-oriented\, person-centered employment services. Participants will examine the complementary roles of clinicians and career practitioners\, identify opportunities for collaboration\, and apply practical strategies that support individuals in achieving meaningful employment goals while addressing behavioral health needs. \nLearning Objectives \nBy the end of this training\, participants will be able to: \n\nExplain the relationship between recovery-oriented clinical services and career development.\nIdentify strategies for effective collaboration between clinical and vocational service providers.\nApply integrated approaches that support individualized employment planning and sustained employment outcomes.\nRecognize common barriers to service integration and identify practical solutions to improve coordination.\n\nRegistration Link:  Register
