DESCRIPTION:Training Description\nBuilding on the foundations introduced in Part 1\, this interactive webinar focuses on applying broaching skills to real-world career services practice. Participants will work through complex scenarios that illustrate the intersection of race\, ethnicity\, culture\, and other aspects of identity. Through discussion\, role-play\, and reflective activities\, participants will strengthen their ability to navigate difficult conversations\, address cultural differences with humility\, and integrate culturally responsive practices into person-centered service planning.
